Absolutely terrible customer service! I went in early on a Monday morning two weeks ago and basically got laughed by two employees at because I brought in my ring, which was purchased less than a month ago, to be fixed as the center stone was loose. I was told there was no way that’s possible and “who told you it was loose?” when it was clear that the stone was moving and could be heard rattling when it was shook. I had to then drive to a different location to be told that it was very clearly loose and needed to be repaired. Never will I visit this location ever again.
Service good but didn't even get a thank you when I paid bill off guess I paid it off to early for them no interest.
Was shopping around for an engagement ring for some time, got what I was looking for for a reasonable price! What I liked was their guarantee and their guarantee on their guarantee lol. Store Manager Deborah Barrett helped me make the choice and took her time making sure I knew everything about rings before I made my decision. Great salesmanship on Debs part, definitely recommending you guys to any of the fellas that ask me how I did it. Thanks Debb!
