Rick, not sure what happened to you or where you have gone. Bought my wife's engagement ring from rick a little over a year ago. Great deal, great ring. Went back for the wedding band, he said no deposit and it would be ready in a week. Went back 2 weeks later and no ring. Said he just had to pick it up and would be there tomorrow. Paid him in cash that day since my wife was just going to go and pick it up the next day. Next day, more excuses. That continued for weeks until he stopped responding. Now the shop is closed, I had to go to another jeweler for a ring, and Rick still has over a thousand dollars of my money.nnRick if you're listening just want to get this worked out.

Not sure what’s going on with Rick. We bought our engagement ring from him just over a year ago and it’s beautiful. We went back to get my wedding band. He told us it’d be ready within the week. It’s now been 2 months and we can’t get ahold of him. Store voicemail is full, won’t return Facebook messages (though one has been read), there’s a little sign on the door that they’re closed today (been there for ~3 weeks), not answering calls or texts. Our wedding is in 2 weeks and we’ve already paid for the ring. We’ve had to go elsewhere to get another ring made. No one has contacted us and we need our money back. Someone needs to contact his customwrs

Michelle was experienced, knowledgeable, and personable. She taught Dave all about the 4cs. Dave shopped around before coming here and when he came in the store the ring and experience exceeded expectations! He knew the ring was the perfect one for the price! I highly recommend Scialos for any jewelry purchase.

My boyfriend (now fiance) went to multiple jewelry stores looking at rings. When we came here it was truly incredible. Rick is the absolute best and isn't pushy like other places we went to. He really values his work and his customers. My fiance surprised me on Christmas eve with the most beautiful ring and he got so much help picking it from the wonderful staff at Scialo's! Thank you to Rick and the rest of the staff for helping make this gorgeous ring. I am so unbelievably happy!
