I dropped off my prescription on 12/29/2020. I was told that it would be ready the next day 12/30/2020 I return to pick up my prescription on 12/30/2020. I was told that it was to early to pick up my prescription. I was told I have to wait until 1/2/2021. I then return on 1/2/2021 to pick up my prescription. Now I am told that they need to call the doctor to confirm the prescription. Why now when you had my prescription since 12/30/2020. It’s Saturday the doctor won’t be in until Monday. So now it’s Monday I return to pick up my prescription and they tell me the doctor never called them back. So I call the doctor and the doctor said nobody ever tried to call them. I have the doctor call Walgreens to confirm my prescription. Now they tell me it’s going to be $80 I would have to pay cash. At this time I need my prescription because I go out of town tomorrow for work. So I agreed to pay cash as I know they also didn’t call to get it Authorize. I am not sure what is the problem at this location I have nothing but problems every time. Now they told me sorry we don’t have this medicine we would have to order it and it will take 10 days. I am feeling discriminated. They are trying to not give me my prescription because this is a pain medication covered by Workmen’s Comp. They told me that workmen’s comp said it was to many refills. Which I know is a lie because this is the 2nd time they are paying for this medicine. So now I call workmen’s comp to find out they never called them. I am getting a paper trail ready. The lady was very Rude during my visit. I asked for my prescription back and went to the Walgreens on 95th in Cicero and never had a problem. My prescription was covered 100% by my Workmen’s Comp. insurance. My prescription was ready same day. And no question asked.

Wonderful Customer service and a very knowledgable staff and Pharmacist, this Walgreens is my Favorite!

This is the worst of the local walgreen pharmacies. They were unable to process a prescription & gave me the runaround. Went to the Walgreens on 103/Western, not my favorite either, but they were able to help me right away.

RUDE!! CALLED FOR LYSON SHE SCREAMED NO WE ARE OUT OF IT, LIKE MAAM I ASKED YOU A QUESTION I DIDNT ASK FOR EXTRA SAUCE ON THE ANSWER SMH

The staff are friendly but I avoid coming here because the lines are always so long. I feel like Walgreen's brand is the quick corner store, which doesn't work if they're chronically understaffed or simply don't open more than one register.
