Service was excellent. Price was excellent. Bob the owner could not have been more welcoming and kind. Also very thorough of what you were getting. Chris was excellent on showing and explaining use of system as well as to contact them immediately if any issues arise. Would definitely recommend and use again myself.
I have been coming for years...I went here for window tinting and remote start...The owner is very nice and gave me a good price. The staff is very friendly.. I would recommend this place they have been in business for years
We had an appointment to get our remote start fixed on our fob. They had the solution within 15 minutes. Chris was so nice. He explained what happened. I had inadvertently left my headlights on while parked for 4 hours at the veterinarian's office. My pet needed surgery and I had to stay in the car because of COVID-19. It was a dusky day, so I drove with lights on, and forgot to turn them off while parked. Everything on my fob worked, except remote start. Chris asked if we put a new battery in the car lately. Our battery was only 2 years old, so no, but I remembered my battery died at the vet's office. They were able to reset the fob, and did not charge us full price for the appointment. Great place with great people! Highly recommended!
Great Customer Service. Quality Care. We have had 3 cars with Viper Remote Starters. Two cars have died. The first one still working now for 3 or 4 years now. I have come in for service now 3x's and left a happy camper! Once was on a call to us after another client canceled ... I came right in, and I believe there was 'no charge!'
Very helpful and friendly staff and good reasonable prices. And it was busy there - probably a sing of their popularity :)))
