Fantastic service. I ordered a piece of tempered glass over the phone and was due to pick it up in the afternoon a few days later. I received a call on the day of pick up and was told that since the business was closing earlier that day they would drop off the glass at my home. Glass was dropped off as promised and looks great!
We have a 3-case dining room window where the center pane broke. A Home came out and to my delight they could replace the center without disturbing the other two. They had it fixed in no time and even cleaned all three windows. I felt they were priced reasonable too.
Do not do business with this company. They are the worst. Will lacks the common courtesy to return any phone calls and the common decency of an upstanding, professional and reputable businessman. Everything contained within the poor Google reviews are the same we are experiencing, so this must be his M.O.
Did a great job repairing a storm window. The frame had been bent slightly when one of my adult sons tried to force it to move. Two local hardware stores could not repair the frame, and the second one referred me to A Home Service. I took it in and then learned that the spline in these windows is often custom made, and it would have been better if I'd saved it. Never mind - they were able to use a suitable replacement spline, straighten the frame, and replace the glass. The window fit back into place correctly at home, and it is completely usable. I have already recommended them to a friend. It is wonderful to find an honest business that takes the time to do a quality job.
