I worked as an owner operator with Dolche three years ago and I recently had to sell my truck. I am coming back as a driver and I know I will be good here. The company has been very good to me and my family all these years. No matter what the market was, I was bringing home a good pay check. They work hard and miss Desi is very honest and good person to work for. I had one claim on a load and they still got my load paid which I was thankful for. Good company. Good people. God bless!

Its been 2 months I have not worked because my family and I fell victim's to COVID-19. And now we are fully recovered. I'm so happy I met Desi years ago and started as a company driver. God bless you Desi and also your wonder beautiful staff, for the phone calls of concerns and support.. You guys struck by my family and me!! Desi, and staff is by far the best company I have ever worked for TEAM DOLCHE rocks!!!

Well the company is good to work as a driver. Good miles sometimes is 28hundred miles and some weeks is. 33hundred miles. So that part is great the miles. The only thing I don't about DOLCHE is that the owner Doesn't want to give me a pay Raise. I ask for one and she said NO. That's the only thing bad about trucking company. Thank you......

I have been a driver for over 25 years and I have worked at many different companies. Dolche has been my home for the past 3 years and I love everything about the team that I have to work with daily. My dispatcher is amazing. He gets me home whenever I need to and I never have to wait on a load or sit without a load. My time is paid very well and I find myself enjoying driving again. My truck is new and maintenance is done well and on time, very rarely do we get to sit due to a repair but even if it happens, they pay me for my time.nI truly enjoy working for Dolche and I recommend them 100%

Probably the best company I have leased onto. I started as a company driver in team with my brother. We now own a truck thanks to Desi and her team. They helped us get to be independent contractors. We love the opportunity and the great rates. Money is always on time and we also get lots of discounts on repairs, maintenance and fuel. We would not have been where we are if she did not help us so much! Happy to be part of this company!
