Chris was so friendly, courteous and helpful when I signed up for a storage unit today. He has great customer service skills and was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions.nI had a good experience today.
Needed short term storage and chose Metro in Palatine. From start to finish it was a fantastic experience. Beginning with Dusty in the office being friendly, informative, helpful in choosing a unit, holding the one I wanted for a few days and always available to answer questions through to moving out a few months later. The facility is clean, easy to get in and out, well lit and hours are convenient. And if you leave a message - they actually call you back! I forget his coworkers name, but she was wonderful as well. I’d use Metro Storage again without question.
