Pathetic customer service
Worse phone service I have received from anywhere in my life. I was constantly rerouted to the same people who were not the right people. On top of that, they were all getting severely aggressive at me, even though it was not my fault. Get it together.
Bad experience. My dad went to get a copy of his marriage certificate and they mailed him a license. I went in with him and they told us that we would get a certificate in the mail, so we ordered it another time. Once again, a license came. I called and was told that the license and certificate are the same document. I know this is not true because I have an old copy of my dad's marriage certificate and told them this. They kept insisting that I was wrong. I called the cook county office in the city, and FINALLY got the marriage certificate mailed out to us. If you are needing a marriage certificate either call or go to the city.
Called in for a traffic ticket before it was due. Kept telling me it was not in the system and then told me to keep calling. I kept calling and they told me I had to pay almost the double amount because I didn’t pay it on time. Horrible experience with them.
