I see these reviews and people complaining about customer service but I also have seen some horribly rude customers. From my first experience I watched as an employee was yelled at due to something out of her control. She remained calm and explained the issues, the lady stormed out throwing her hands up. While waiting in line it only took 10 minutes to get to the front with a couple people ahead of me. I understand people expect good service but you have to imagine, kindness spreads, so does negativity. I'm not saying some peoples experiences aren't justified as I barely have to go to the post office but that was my take on it.
These people are extremely rude!!! The older lady with glasses in the front office doesn’t know how to treat customers. Has no customer experience clearly with how she speaks to people. Instead of properly helping me her only comment was “press the button so someone else can assist you. I have others people waiting!” Wow just wow, I clearly went on the website to schedule my pickup date for my certified mail that I need to sign for, the office decided against my request to deliver my mail instead. I went in to find out they don’t know how to follow proper directions. Horrible customer service! Something needs to be done seriously, I will go on other sites to report my negative reviews/experiences. This has gone on for way too long at this office!
I've only been here once after a long time, and the biggest problem is the speed, they're too slow even when it's not so busy. I guess I can understand that a government backed business would be ineffecient.nThe employees were nice but didn't look too happy in general.
Looking for terrible customer service? You'll find it at this USPS facility! I can deal with long lines, it happens. But the customer service is absolutely the worst, even when there's no wait. I've given this place so many chances, but every single time they're rude and in a rush. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
The 20 minute line didn’t bother me however Sue was just cranky, rude, and disrespectful on how she spoke to people. While I waited I heard how she was impatient and not polite to others. When it was my turn I thought I would be nice and ask how her day was going but she didn’t even respond and just was super cranky. I get it if you’re tired from the busyness from the holidays but please put her elsewhere if she isn’t a people person or can’t put a smile on her face.
