Monson Jewelers is the BEST! We have been customers for 20+ years and will continue to be in the future. Everyone is so welcoming, genuine, knowledgable, & helpful. They always have a beautiful selection, their recommendations are on point and their repair work is excellent. Over the years, Monson Jewelers has perfectly filled every need that we brought to them. Most recently, we were in need of their repair work. I wasn't sure if the old and extremely fragile necklace that broke was fixable. It's value is definitely more sentimental than anything, which made the care & dedication they took in fixing the necklace so very touching. We are grateful they found a solution and fixed the necklace beautifully. I can't say enough about Monson Jewelers. They really are the BEST for all jewelry needs!

I was blessed to be working with Tim on a such a big life moment. After just one visit, I felt like a diamond expert! He genuinely cares about me and my future. He took the extra time needed to find the BEST selection of diamonds that were suited to my needs. He feels like part of family, finding a diamond for my sister and fiancé. I can’t wait to go back with my younger brother... whenever he asks the question!

Tim is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with! I came to him with a rough idea of what I wanted and he used his expertise to build a beautiful custom floating diamond necklace. I would highly recommend working with Tim to anyone.

Very Welcoming and helpful experience. Tim gave me many options to choose from, and I was able find something that fit exactly what I was looking for. We'll probably be back soon to look at some of his other offerings.

Tim is fantastic. I went to him knowing nothing about buying diamonds, and came out feeling like an expert. At no point did I feel pressured into anything. Tim was there as a guide opposed to a salesmen. It's so clear he wants you to be comfortable with what you're buying. I'll recommend him until my friends and family are annoyed.
