I have been a customer of Kim's since she opened her Palatine office. Kim and her staff not only look out for the members of my household but they now deal direct with my adult children, now that they are out on their own. Kim Stokes entire office was a great source of honest information about insurance. I’m a first-time auto buyer and needed to insure my vehicle. All the information I needed was presented to me in a matter-of-fact manner. Everything was transparent and they gave me a great rate! Never did I feel pressured or as if they were trying to sell me anything that I didn’t need. This agency is great and I will be recommending them to all my family and friends! Also she helped us get great life insurance helping insure our family will be taken care of, she even came to our home to fill out paperwork to make it more convenient for us.
