My family has been loyal customers of State Farm and Hugh's office for quite some time, my dad is going on 20 years with his home insurance policy! Most of the family has followed with car and home policies as well. It is a higher price, but the quality, responsiveness and service has helped us stay. I've heard horror stories about non at fault accidents from other insurers: being extremely difficult processes, not responsive, timely to resolve, etc. This has not been the case with State Farm, even when I went through them vs. the other person's insurance when they were at fault.nHowever, I have to highlight the MAIN reason we've stayed despite the higher price tag is definitely Miriam Muñoz! I love Miriam's responsiveness. She has tremendously helped me with being able to speak Spanish and directly talk, but more importantly understand my dad. I'm sometimes limited by my work ability to call, follow-up, etc. and feel super bad not being able to help my dad promptly on his questions. Having Miriam and feeling like she really understands and cares for our concerns is a great feeling! This is an extremely rare find for the Hispanic community, especially with older individuals and language barriers. Miriam is definitely an extremely valuable asset for the office! She deserves a raise ud83dude01!

I give my highest recommendation to Hugh and his team at State Farm.nA story first. I was rear ended on the highway recently. The person who hit me was insured by one of those sketchy insurance companies. I called Hugh and they took care of everything. The mechanic I hired to do the repairs told me that he deals with lots of insurance companies; he was so blown away with his dealings on my project that he told me that he is switching to Hugh. You really are in good hands with Hugh and the State Farm insurance company.nI personally recommend Hugh to all of my friends and family and well everyone now that reads this review. I have been insured with Hugh and his team for 23 years and I couldn't be happier. If you are in need of insurance for you home, car or life insurance, you need to talk with Hugh and his team at State Farm. Their customer service is excellent. The coverage is excellent. Hugh Masterson- State Farm Insurance is amazing! All the worker bee's are very kind, helpful and generous with their time they give to you as a customer. I always have a lot of questions and the Masterson group always makes sure I understand all the answers to my questions. They are very timely in returning phone calls and emails. Our family changed to the Masterson Insurance office because we were looking for a quality insurance agent that would give us higher caliber of service. We have that with Hugh Masterson.
