They installed carpet for us two years ago. We have no kids or pets nor have we done any aggressive cleaning and now the carpet is bubbling everywhere and the seams are splitting. The owner assumed we cleaned it with too much water and when we called him out on that, he was furious and started talking about an expired warranty etc and telling us he could fix it with a cost to us. The installation was done poorly. He cannot admit that he provided a poor product. Please stay away from this company. If you are interested in seeing the condition of our carpet or the emails between us and the owner, please feel free to let me know and I will share my address and the emails exchanged. If I could rate this a zero I would. I wish I had done my homework and looked on Yelp etc. Had I done that I would never have gone forward.nnUPDATE: In response to the owners reply (AGAIN I AM WILLING TO SHOW ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SEE THE EMAILS OR MY HOME)nn1. We were never upset that you did not discount the rugs. If I were upset, I would have gone to the thousands of other carpet and rug dealers . I was in no way bound to buying anything from you. We have a right as customers to ask for a discount, just as you have the right to say no.nn2. As my email stated, we waited to mention the issue with the carpet to SAVE YOUR TIME so you did not have to come out here twice . We figured we would show you the issue with the carpet and you could do the delivery of the rugs at the same time. We did not wait very long after it started happening to report the issue. Also you stated that our 1 year industry warranty was expired so you had to charge us. This did not start happening until a few months ago (and at that point we were already approaching the two year mark).nn3. If you read my first email, you will see I never mentioned anything about the price of the rugs or even addressed the rugs in any capacity.nnIf you want to use the pricing of the rugs as an excuse so the public does not view you in a negative light that is fine, but I WOULD THEN URGE all reviewers to read all of your reviews left by previous clients. You have a 2.5 rating on other sites. They all have reported similar experiences with you...that you are rude and you do not take responsibility after the fact.nnDo not bring the cost of the rugs into this. THIS WAS NEVER about that. It was about the fact that my carpet is bubbling everywhere and coming apart at the seams when we have never cleaned it with water, never had pets or kids in our home and rarely even use half of the rooms in our home. As I said before I am willing to share the pictures of my carpet and my communication with you with anyone who would like to see it.nnPosting is my way of trying to save anyone else from having a terrible experience.nnThis comes down to principal and customer service. PERIOD.

Seems like people now a days just don't care about their customers. Not this place. I came in with a simple job of cutting 2 rugs in half and re-binding the cut edges. Not a big money maker for this company. I was treated like I just came it with a $20,000 job. John spent lots of time to make sure I was very happy with the new binding. The job was done the next day, the price was more than fair and John was a joy to deal with.
