We had a raccoon in our attic. Yes we were both freaking out as we had never had to deal with an unwanted animal living in our home. Steve responded quickly,setting a trap outside on the ground.He explained to us that this time of year was when raccoons could be producing babies.He asked us to be patient,& we were.Two days after setting the trap ,we are now hearing the sounds of babies from above along with the scratching sounds that became all too normal.Patience paid off when I awoke one day to find we had caught the mother raccoon.Steve came in to our house ,up into the attic& came down with 4 babies.He was a true professional,knew his “stuff”, we are so grateful.He was also very reasonable price wise,would not hesitate to use again.Thank you Steve

Unhelpful all u get is a voicemail. What good is that when you have a injured wild animals that needs immediate attention.I tried to save save a baby bird that I found flopping around in our yard. I believe it must have blown out of the nearby tree on a windy day. I didn't see any mother birds around.nI took it to vet & all they offered to do was euthanize it. They gave me this places info & I called them & got nowhere.So I took the bird back to where I found & tried to feed it a small worm. It kind of gnawed at the worm but wouldn't swallow it.The little bird could fly about 10 yards & actually flew onto the garage roof . So I just had to let it go & hope for the best.Very disappointed I couldn't get any help for this desperate & lost animal.

Did not show up for his appointment and never called to let me know. I wasted Two hours waiting

Responded right away, but after that it went downhill. I have a skunk under my gazebo. Steve came out with a beat up old trap that kept setting itself off. Placed it in only one spot around a gazebo for a week and checked it every day. Then another animal (Coyote I think) tried to get into it and moved the trap, so he turned it around probably thinking he'd catch the skunk trying to go back in (I'm guessing here because there was no communication after the first day). Maybe two weeks after he set the trap he simply picked it up and left, never even saying another word.nnThe worst part is, I got this guy on recommendation from the Morton Grove police department! I will now need to take this matter into my own hands, which I should have done from the start (Steve charged $125 and has not refunded it)
