From the conversations and scheduling with Lisa to the on site service of Tom, Best Pest Control is a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They are so attentive, responsive, and thorough. They genuinely care about you and make the utmost effort to help you to make your house safe from unwanted pests. They have great recommendations and go above and beyond to make sure that they take care of the job at hand.

This is our 3rd year with Tom @ Best Pest for house spider repellent. We’ve never had a serious spider issue, but it brings us peace of mind when Tom comes out to spray annually. He’s very meticulous and will offer advice & solutions to other questions/issues you may have.

Totally recommend Tom for any pest related service. We had a mouse problem but when we called Tom he insepcted, found the problem areas and sealed any of the openings that we did not know we had. I would definitely use his service again for follow up.

The price was very reasonable and the service spectacular. I called at 1:00 today and the Bald Faced Hornets nest was down by 3:00. Tom is busy but well organized. He was nearby and able to work it into his busy schedule. Even though the nest was 25 ft or more off the ground in the 2nd story gable, he was able to reach it, treat it and scrape off the nest. Its not even 4:00 now as I write this and all is completed and paid for.nnI had another bigger company out the other day and they weren't as well set up as Tom. They said they couldn't reach it and left.nnBest Pest Control is small but I think that is a big advantage in this case. Extremely pleased with all aspects of the transaction. Thank You!
