During CoVid they have set book drop off times and you can pick up holds, you can also request a random assortment of books chosen for you by a librarian. The app that KCLS is encouraging us to use is a bit tricky to start but I figured it out. When I went to pick up my holds and the random books I requested pick up was fast, easy and pleasant. The random books all fit my interests perfectly! I asked for two different genres and got a good mix of each one. Great customer service! Thanks for adapting to this situation.

Great selection of movies and books of all kinds. However, it's pretty much a resting center for homeless people so it's hard to get to a computer if you need one. Nice and helpful staff. Huge building very clean. Bathroom should be monitored a bit better.
Best Library in Washington Packed Full Of Knowledge lol
Very spacious and plenty of room for studying. I take my nephew here as they have a designated kids section with their own computers to use.nnI also like their international section as it is a bit larger than other local libraries.
