My experience was 5 star from my first phone call to the office. The front desk was not only accommodating but actually concerned. This put me at ease immediately. Emily was so kind and realized my anxiety was high and she took such good care of me. Then meeting Dr. Britten confirmed that I had made the right choice with her impeccable bed side manor. So glad I chose this practice. Thank you for everything.

Charisse (I hope that I spelled that right) was very detailed and explained everything step by step, making the process extremely comfortable. Dr. Loo was great as well. The overall office experience was terrific, and I’m glad to call this office my new dental home.

I've been a patient of Palatine Dental Associates for almost 30 years. The staff is caring and knows your name when you walk in. My kids are all grown up, but they still come back to this office twice a year. It has a 'small town dental office' feel, but has super impressive cutting edge equipment. They've always accepted my insurance, but prices are very reasonable. I just finished 8 months of Invisalign treatment, including a crown and an implant! and my '60 year old teeth' look perfect once again. Highly recommend this practice! Dr. Britten and her staff are awesome.

I have been going to Palatine Dental for over 10 years. However, in the past 2 to 3 years, Palatine Dental has changed. All they care about is making money off patients. The hygienist, Cheryl, forced me to do deep cleaning even though I did not need it. After the deep cleaning, they make you go for periodontal maintenance every 3 months and the price they charge for periodontal maintenance is almost double the price of regular cleaning. The money they make from deep cleaning is unbelievable. Actually I feel that there is no difference between periodontal maintenance and regular cleaning. After 1.5 years of doing periodontal maintenance, I decided not to do it anymore and scheduled for regular cleaning. But they charged for periodontal maintenance anyway. Then Cheryl told me I needed to do another deep cleaning because my gum is in bad shape with a lot of bleeding. I said no way and she forced me to do cleaning every 3 months. It was then I decided enough is enough!! After seeing a new dentist, I found out my gum is in very good shape with no bleeding at all. Apparently, Palatine Dental has been lying to me about teeth for the past 2 to 3 years. Now they are even charging patients a Covid-19 fee. Palatine Dental has lost all integrity in order to make more money and they have lost all my trust.
