Wow! We had the best service here, brought both of our cars in for routine oil changes.nnOne badly needed break fluids and while the tires were off, a missing nut was discovered on the suspension system.nnThe place it went was rusted signaling the nut might never have been there.nnThey fixed it without charge making sure we were safe!
The guys were incredible explaining things to me. Was professional and fast. Definitely recommend for oil change and or transmission flush
2/2021 Have not been here for a while. Had my daughters car and it needed an oil change. So had it done and was able to use a coupon. That helped for sure. The manager and the techs were helpful and were polite. Safety of me and them both for Covid was good. They had safety protocols I appreciated. Service did not take long as I was satisfied with it. All in all they were good and took care of the needs of the car. I would recommend this place if you need an oil change. Thanks for the good service guys!
Ted and Alan were great! They are at the Plum Grove and Euclid location in Rolling Meadows. They helped figure out what was wrong and made recommendations to help the car run better. They even allowed me to use two coupons which brought my overall cost down. They were very friendly and kind. I will continue to go back there
Very nice guys there! I came in and they got started on an oil change for me right away. They ordered a filter that I needed and while waiting they put Rainex on my window and were all around so kind and helpful!
