Los Arcos is legitimately one of the best restaurants in the NW suburbs, in my humble opinion. There has been nothing I've ordered here that I didn't love. From the Pastor tacos to my favorite, the Chimichanga, you really can't lose. The food is fantastic and I highly recommend this shop!
The menu and service were beyond our expectations. I really liked the environment of this restaurant. Fantastic restaurant to take the family out for dinner.
Overall disappointing. I ordered through Uber and this place left off the ingredients they list on their own tacos. Shrimp taco with pickled red onion. Choice of tortilla, I chose flour...it came on corn and none of the ingredients (garnishes) listed from their menu were on the tacos.nGuacamole and chips were ok but out of 4 tacos only one came close to how it was ordered (and even that one was wrong). Probably lost a customer because you don’t care about your own details or got lazy with the meal preparation. Substandard at best not even mediocre.
First time eating here, what a lovely surprise and what a memorable dining experience.
Came here with a Groupon, I like that they had accommodations for indoor dinning at outdoor dining was shaded. Food was good, we ordered barbacoa, chili relleno, and various tacos and enjoyed all our dishes. We would definitely eat here again when in the area with or without a Groupon.
