So here is the deal I have worked with SGG before about two years ago the experience was fantastic and highly professional i got a 8 bottom i got my mold and came back in 14 days picked up my grill they even offered free cleaning and shining when ever I needed it that’s why it was an easy choice to come back a couple years later to do two piece rose when I reached out first to inquire about getting it done who ever runs the social media page wasn’t very helpful but I understand that they prob get hit up all the time with a million questions no problem so I met up with Dre June 13th got my mold done and was told July 3rd so I contacted Dre to see if my grill would be ready I was told call back the following day when I called back I was told there was a delay the molds didn’t come out right or somthing I was told to call back that following Monday i did then I was told that because of COVID orders were delayed it went on like that for about a month I understand that these are tuff times and stuff will be behind but my frustration is it seems like I’m not getting any real Info so about a month and a half In I reached out to the IG page only to be chewed out about just asking I was told that Instagram was not the back up complaint page ext so once again I waited another week or two called and Dre told me another week a week rolls buy still no real info I don’t have my grill now out of frustration I get into a argument with dre and I was told he was relaying the info as he gets it now it is going on 3 months and I haven’t got my product I was just told 3 more weeks I have never had an experience like this dealing with any business you can’t get upset at people wanting to know what’s going on with the product they have payed for I don’t want a refund I just want my grill you guys do amazing work but I feel like you are not being honest.......... update I can’t reply for some reason to the owners response I have tried to call and have a conversation no updates no awnsers can I have my product I just want my product it’s not outta line to leave a review ? But you can’t do good business

I'm waiting patiently, been waiting patiently. When I first paid for my grill set I was told 15 to 25 business days and I was like cool I seen the reviews and it look like they did great work. Plus it's black owned and I love supporting my people. But it's been two months since I've paid for my grill set and every time i call I get the run around. Now I'm not saying there's fraud going on who knows I could get a call tomorrow saying my grills or ready for pick up. What i am saying business could be handled a lot differently. I ordered Clothing from wish.com and it took longer than expected to come due to covid 19, but every week I would get a email keeping me up-to-date with the progress. You see the difference. That's good Business i didn't have to call them because they reached out to me keeping my mind at ease. I understand covid slowed things down for everyone, but when it comes to business communication is the key. I'm a business owner, I cut grass, if I can't make it to someones house for some reason then I'll call and reschedule keep my customers at ease. That's good business. Now this isn't me taking a shot at the company this is a warning for whoever wants shop with these guys. Be prepared to go through Obstacles to get what you paid for.nnI was extremely excited, I was going to get a necklace and another grill set now I'm just hoping what I paid for comes. You've been warned.

Yo I was a little worried about spending money from another city... But I got to say it was well worth it!!! I had to educate myself on the business and when I did I understood the process and you can’t rush a custom product especially with teeth.. When I reached out someone was alway available and they was honest with me even if I didn’t want to hear it... The company was professional and courteous... I highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing again

Just got the email that my grill shipped. The whole process was smooth. Made my online order and had my molds arrive very quick.the instructions were very clear and straight forward. After mold was finished They include pre paid shipping label so sending back was easy......during the process I had many questions and they were always available to answer them in a timely manner. ...respect!

I am very pleased with the customer service and selection of jewelry! I absolutely love my new pieces and will be a returning customer. I don’t trust every jeweler because you never know when you are getting took for a ride. However, I trust this jeweler and I love the quality of the pieces that I purchased. This time it was quality over quantity. This time I knew that my dollars were in good hands. I cannot wait to purchase a new piece.
