Just completed the switch from Allstate to State Farm for auto, motorcycle, and home policies, and while the prices were close, State Farm had way more home insurance coverage for roughly the same cost. I really enjoyed working with Jimmy specifically--he was extremely thorough in helping me compare my existing policy with the State Farm one, and ultimately was the main reason for our switch. Even when I thought we'd stick with Allstate, Jimmy continued offering his support to answer questions in a really low-pressure way. After discussing with him more, I realized the value was way higher with a State Farm policy. We also really appreciate that someone always answers the phone when you call the office, and they're super responsive over email. Jimmy in particular is super detail-oriented, and is also just a generally fun person to chat with. He's not one of those awkward small-talk people, he just seems genuine and doesn't try to force you into anything you don't want to do. He found some gaps in coverage in our existing policy, which is just one of numerous issues we've had since we had a new agent every few months with Allstate, so that made us feel really taken care of. If you're considering switching from whoever you have for auto/home/motorcycle, I can highly recommend Jimmy from this office! We're really excited to work with them.
