I want to acknowledge Mr. Dale Sheeler of State Farm Auto Ins. for laying out adept services which has indeed helped my family and I decide on purchasing our Auto Insurance here.nnI received sufficient information to understand more about the company and what more they were able to provide. One factor that has been very satisfying was the quick responses regarding any of the questions I asked of. 100% will recommend everyone I know. Super helpful agents that WILL do everything they possibly can to save you money and get you as much coverage as possible! Wish I could do more than 5 stars :)nnEDIT-several months later:nAfter adding a second car to my policy I needed to keep my payments as low as possible. Dale worked extremely hard to keep me happy and get my rates to a manageable amount. Again, i really couldnt be happier with this company

While I haven’t YET signed on with State Farm, Dale didn’t just tell me why I should- he showed me why.nnIf you want to talk about insurance- genuine comfort in a crazy and unpredictable world, talk with Dale. He was exceedingly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and caring in helping me understand how an insurance policy can provide the safety net that my friends, my family, and I deserve.nnIt sounds really fluffy and sweet, but it’s true.. I usually pay for convenience- the easiest option. Dale made it SO easy to understand the terminology, the different policies, the limitations, alternative options, everything! Add great value (which State Farm did) and what more can you ask for?nnI will be switching over soon, so that I can have MORE freedom with my vehicles (he gave me a better quote for MORE auto insurance than my current provider will give).nnRenters insurance? Why? Life insurance? Yeah I’m alive, and..? Well, Dale has the answers and this branch is absolutely fantastic if he is a reflection of the leadership here.. A true example of what an insurance company should be. Thank you Cesar Ramos and team! My original State Farm agent moved on and I was switched to Cesar's office a couple months ago. Their team was quick to contact me and checked in a couple times at the start to make sure the transition was smooth for me. I even received a courtesy call just to let me know my premium price dropped and they wanted to rejoice with me in that, when they could have just sent an email; it was so kind!nI was pleased with the above and beyond service I was provided recently from Cesar and Bailey, one of the office representatives. Bailey was kind an patient with all of my many questions over the phone, and set me up with an in person appointment so they could better assist me! I could tell Cesar and his team truly care about their customers as individuals as they worked with me to help me get more discounts and printed me so many options for other services so I could take them home to review with my husband. The environment was friendly and welcoming without the tension and pressure that can often be found at an insurance firm. Cesar and Bailey even came out to my car with me to help me set up my drive safe and save device to make sure it worked for e before I drove away. I believe my insurance needs are in good hands at this firm!

This office really cares about their customers. I called in this afternoon needing to change my payment date. Maria got it done in less than 30 seconds. They also reduced our payments In half a couple of months ago, because of the hardships that everybody was having. This was so awesome, helpful and unexpected! Today Maria spent 10 minutes just chatting with me and getting to know me. I would definitely recommend doing business with this office because it does feel like they are super nice and they care about you!
