I was on the side of the road at an intersection because my car died on me. I called roadside which contacted this towing company. I received a text saying they would arrive in approximately 60 minutes. After almost two hours, I contacted the company and that's when someone answered who claimed to be the manager. He was quite rude, didn't seem to care that it's 39 degrees outside, and I have to stay in a car that can't turn on in the cold. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.
Worst place ever don’t use these people they don’t show up and don’t answer the phone I used through the insurance company
No showed by tow that was arranged through insurance. Both my insurance provider and I tried to contact them but they were unresponsive.nnDon't use them.
