First time buyer at Krystyna's today but my mother and Krystyna have known one another for decades. Love that they are a small, family-owned, business run by three awesome Polish women! :)nI was looking for a cross necklace for my goddaughter's upcoming communion. Although I live out of town, the communion will be in Chicago area and I preferred purchasing something here locally. I had a really great experience - I highly recommend Krystyna's Jewelry! Krystyna and her daughter did an amazing job helping me find exactly what I was looking for!

Dorothy is knowledgeable, honest, and wonderful to work with. She took the time to educate me on options and ultimately found stunning stones. I highly recommend Dorothy at Krystyna's Jewelry. She is my go-to jeweler!

My friend’s family has been a long-time customer of Krystyna’s. They were highly recommended to my brother and then a couple years later to me when I first started looking for an engagement ring. Being such an important purchase, I decided to look at a few other jewelry stores. I found one I liked, but I decided to take a look at Krystyna’s before making a decision and I’m so glad I did! Krystyna’s has the absolute best customer service, quality, and prices.nnI explained what I was looking for, and Dorothy and Bernie said they could definitely make it. A few days later I was back in looking at diamonds that matched the cut I wanted that were in my price range. They even exceeded the color and clarity I was expecting based on my price and experience at other shops. Dorothy was patient and guided me through picking the perfect diamond and constructing the setting and band. I was absolutely blown away when I came back to pick up the ring once it was done! A few weeks later, my fiancé and I went back to Krystyna’s to get the ring resized and they of course took care of us no problem.nnI probably should have started my search at Krystyna’s, but having visited other jewelry stores, I can attest that Krystyna’s is top-notch. I will certainly be back for any future jewelry needs!

I bought my fiance’s engagement ring from Krystyna’s Jewelry and was so happy with their service. I showed them a photo of the ring I wanted to buy and they created it perfectly. Everyone was so nice! It was a great experience overall and my fiancé really loves her ring!
