If Zero stars was an option, this guy would not deserve that.nnFor years when we had no claims, he was happily taking our money. Now when we had a claim for our condominium, he does not care. We went to him to escalate how poorly our claim has been handled and he just laughed at us and said it’s not „his job” to escalate our concerns. We asked him to provide us a number to a manager of the incompetent adjuster we received from Allstate, he never got back to us. TERRIBLE, DO NOT recommend this guy. Rude, unprofessional, unhelpful.
