I contacted Mark for a wind damage claim. He handled the situation to my complete satisfaction. I could not have asked for anymore! I receive emails and other updates as necessary. Overall I am extremely happy with the level of service.

I appreciate all that Mark has done for our family. He is kind, knowledgeable and responsive. We have a homeowner's policy and a policy on our rental property. Mark's expertise is second to none and was integral in getting us the coverage we need while saving us a ton. We refer him to friends and family often. I just wish we would have found him sooner!

Mark Demma belongs in jail for his incredible willingness to commit fraud. Cancelled my mother's active insurance and placed her vehicle on my policy without consent from either of us. 6 months later I receive a paper statement that reflects her vehicle is still on there and that I have garage insurance despite not having a garage. I spent weeks trying to have this fixed but out of spite they increased my rate from 150/ month to 450. I requested a new agent and was directly refused. Then rather than resolve it they cancel my policy because I wouldn't allow them to charge me an extra 300 a month for one vehicle. Now 6 months later they are still sending me random fines. If you do business with this agent request a new one immediately.

Very professional workplace wouldn't want to insure my vehicles anywhere else. Nowadays nobody cares about customer service. Not the case here Mark is a great owner him, and his team truly just go above and beyond.
