Wanted to update my fireplace to a gas log set. Called these folks and they explained exactly what I needed to do the job. Ordered a great log and burner set. It arrived 3 days before they estimated it would. Imagine that!!! Wife loves it! I loved the simplicity of the install. Would definitely order again.
Very disappointed. I ordered 3 pcs for my wood stove chimney. Company was happy to take the money. Unfortunately the parts would not fit my application. From the moment I called about a return, I knew it was going to be a problem. The bill for the 3 pcs was over $300. After a few phone calls they agreed to let me return the items. I sent pictures of the packaging and fed ex came to get them. Now they are telling me it’s all damaged except for the cheapest piece. Surprise surprise surprise!!! So now this place has the money and the products. I’d steer clear if I were you.
Ordered a Dimplex Revillusion Log Set with Blazzing Fire. They had it in stock and it shipped the day after I placed the order. Great customer service and now I know where to get all my fireplace products!

Better than expected. Like a subway but for pizza. U build it, they make it, u eat it. Nice and crispy. Great flavor. Great chance of pace from the norm.
