I have only had to have a few service calls on our Outdoor Lighting installed landscape lighting, and each time the service representative has been excellent. We had a recent outage and they were amazingly responsive, timely, and efficient. Alex did a great job getting everything fixed and adjusted and looking over the entire system.
Recently acquired their wi-fi smart timers and the technician showed up promptly and assisted in getting the smart timers and the applications (on my mobile device) set up. Very pleased with the product and the service.
Very high quality light fixtures, professional install and straightforward pricing. Expect to pay though. If you don't like it, you're going to pay anyway. We feel the expense is worth the cost. The lights look really spectacular.
