This is a great company to work for, if you have a problem they always work with you so that you have a positive outcome. It’s not just a trucking company everyone here is team and it’s more of a family feeling. This is the main reason why I selected Hermes .
Saturday we had one of your drivers come over into our lane of traffic. My husband slammed on the brakes to avoid a collision. There were 3 lanes of traffic. Your driver came over into the far left lane. Illegal!!! We avoided the collision, on wet rainy roads. He continued in this lane for 2miles. He finally got back over into the center lane. As we went by him, he rolled down his window and made the “jerking off” motions.nI called your company and left a message Saturday. Called again today! Nobody returned my call.
