Do not use Priority Appliance Repair. Called to have a noisy Dryer looked at . Repair person did not show up till 6:30 pm on a Friday evening From the minute he walked in it was obvious he was done working for the week and did not want to be there. Immediately said the rollers needed to be replaced with out looking at a thing Also said the dryer vent was 90% clogged. Said the noise would not hurt the dryer and that he could not fix it and left. and charged $78 dollars for the effort . This was just as the lock down in March was starting. i am an engineer and fully understand the importance of a clogged dryer vent and thought I was doing a good job of keeping it cleaned I spent the next hour checking the dryer vent No clogging at all was found. Convinced me this was the wrong company to hire for any work. Fast forward to last week the oven igniter went out called a company I had used before ( which I should have called back in March ) They were there in two hours fixed the oven and I asked if they would look at the dryer. The dryer was fixed in 50 minutes, it was a bad drive belt Not the rollers Cost less than the service call from Priority who did absolutely nothing for $78. Do not use Priority Appliance nothing but Poor Service
