IPS Northwest is a gem of a remodel shop located in Kent, WA. The owners Dan & Yvonne are especially good at what they do.nnDan has installed carpet in my home many times over the years and many of my friends and family members as well. The carpet has never needed to be re-stretched and my stairs are still as tight as the day they were installed over 8 years ago.nnYvonne has a vast knowledge of the products they carry and she is more than happy to assist you in the design of whatever you are thinking about taking on. We spent 4 years researching and planning the kitchen we wanted. Went to the big box stores and other kitchen remodeling stores and fortunately ended up with IPS NW. They were easy to work with, extremely knowledgable and creative and very competitive. And the installers couldn't have been better. Such knowledge and experience. We have a very small galley kitchen in a townhouse and now it works so well. Everyday, I walk into my kitchen and am so happy. I can honestly say there is nothing that I would change. I can truly say that they worked with me, when a bump came along, as will happen, we resolved it. Things like enough space to access the back of the refrigerator, were resolved. We pretty much knew what we wanted and they were able to give it to us, in some cases even better than we had hoped from what we had seen. We realized that we couldn't keep the tile floor, which we hadn't planned on, and they had the perfect grouted vinyl tile to replace it with. They always had a great solution. Dan and Yvonne are a delight to work with. They really know their stuff.
I had them remodel my kitchen (new cabinets, granite, back splash and tile flooring). They did a great job, I am really happy with my new kitchen, it is beautiful! They also installed laminate flooring throughout half of my house and did a great job. There were issues that came up occasionally during the install, but they were quick and more than willing to fix any issue that did arise.
I'm so thankful that I found this comany as I had another company help do my floors for both upstairs and downstairs also my kitchen cabinets and they did a poor job, sadly. However Yvonne and Dan were more then willing to accomplish what should have been done at at affordable price seeings how my husband and I had already put so much money on not such quality work that was done. I must say I recommend anyone to them with their wonderful customer service accommodations and great pricing. Thank you guys my house is beautiful.
I feel very fortunate to have found this Company. IPS really helped me when I was desperate to get my home back in order after water damage. Every Company I called was very expensive. When I went to IPS I was welcomed by 2 papillons and the owners were there. I was amazed how they were willing to handle everything from the insurance down to every detail, making my stressful situation a little less stressful. They really helped me stay within my budget and walked me through every step to get my home back to normal. Small business is the way to go. Especially if you are dealing with an emotional situation. This Company had so much compassion, empathy and really cared about me and my home not trying to take advantage of me in a difficult time. I will definitely come back in the future!!
