Alliance has been my go to for flooring services for nearly 2 years. When I need a job done in a professional and timely manner there is no better choice. Ty has been my rep the whole time and clearly works hard to have good relations with his sites, it shows in all the work he has done. Mistakes if any at all are handled promptly and to our site standards. My appreciation and thanks go out to this company.

This is my first time using Alliance Flooring. Our current vendor was unable to do an occupied repair from a leak we had in the building. I contacted Ty as my assistant manager has worked with him in the past and Ty came in with enthusiasm and professionalism and just let us know that in order for them to complete the job that the resident had to be out of the apartment due to current CDC Requirements and Social Distancing Guidelines. The work was requested and Thursday and completed on Saturday. I appreciate the quick response and dedicated to the customer. Hopefully we can work together on another project in the future.
