I enjoyed working with Matt, Scotty, and Frank at Sound Pest Management. Matt and Scotty were thorough and professional on their follow up visits and Frank helped a ton over the phone. We found the prices to be super reasonable compared to others. They weren't pushy with services packages and gave good practical advice at every turn. Thank you Sound Pest!

I want to thank Sean for coming out today at the last minute. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He was very thorough, explained everything and was super helpful.nnAs for Soundpest Management overall, I cannot say enough good things or recommend them highly enough. I have had terrible problems with ants and Soundpest Management was literally a Godsend.  Matt, Frank and Sean have all been amazing to work with.  Because of the extent of the problem, after a couple of visits, Matt recommended their quarterly service.  The price is very reasonable and includes a free call back if necessary.  I have rarely had to have a call back, but when I have had need they were very quick to come out.  I really appreciate their quick response time even on short notice.  In addition to ants, they have also addressed wasp/Yellowjacket issues as they have arisen as well.  I cannot tell you how much they have helped since we first started using their service several years ago.  They are very thorough and have been a huge blessing to us!

Matthew was SO informative, and friendly. He listened to our concerns, and addressed them, and showed me afterwards, where treatments were placed outside the home, and what the expectations would be over the next several weeks. This, along with their guarantee, and coming out literally within hours of my call, earns this company, and Matthew 5 stars for sure! They serviced our home last year as well, and the customer service was exactly the same. They are amazing and guarantee their work, for an excellent price! Thank you Matthew!

I did take service from this company and was told that spiders will not appear at least for a month but it’s a total waste as I could find the spiders very next day .

Considering that we still have an ant problem, however I heard that it's not their fault. I was told that they're supposed to be ripping out the carpet which they won't at my apartment complex The Verandas in Tacoma cuz they'd rather give us the runaround and blame it on us. Anyway, I must say that I was very happy because unbeknownst to me when the guy came in to fumigate my home which again I also didn't know again due to my apartment complex because they told me that they were going to come but I didn't know I had to leave for 2 hours. So I rushed trying to get dressed and ready. So this was a last-minute thing. So they told me to take my kitty out as well. So I couldn't find her. My heart started pounding and I was running around the house looking for her and him and the maintenance guy we're so sweet they were both literally like helped me look for her and my heart was pounding trying to find her because I didn't want to obviously leave without her. So to me I thought that was very sweet that he went the extra mile to help me look for her and told me to calm down and take my time and not rush which was a breath of fresh air.ud83dudc95ud83dude4cud83eudd70
