My wife and I moved here almost three years ago for a job promotion. I had to find a place that would service my company vehicle and found Douglas Automotive in Barrington does. Ever since going there for my work vehicle, my wife and I needed some work done on our family car. We have had a lot of bad experiences with shops in the past (out of State) - think you trust them and then realize we only had the wool pulled over our eyes even with good recommendations from friends. This is NOT the case with Douglas. Chuck and the rest of the team in Barrington do a great job and tell you up front what’s suggested and what needs attention ASAP. We appreciate the work they all do there and highly recommend them.
Douglass has always fair and consistent on service. They never oversell or pressure to perform additional services or push for optional things.
