I recently got my bumper and trunk replaced and Tony worked wonders and made it a mission to find the right trunk and bumper as soon as possible for me as well as trying to save me money! He finished everything right on time and everything looks amazing. I highly recommended and I will definitely be going back for anything else I need!

We were in town dealing with a family matter and on the way in our windshield was hit by a rock and cracked. The crack quickly grew due to the cold weather, and before we left to go home the crack grew so big we had get it fixed prior to leaving.nI contacted Jim and Tony, explained the situation and the time crunch we were in and they were able to fit us in the day before we were supposed to leave and install and recalibrate a new windshield all in one day! They even washed our car before we picked it up, which was a pleasant surprise!nJim and Tony were friendly and professional, we couldn't be happier with the service they provided and we highly recommend them!

Unfortunately I was rear ended on my way to work but and the back end of my Expedition was pretty smashed up. I brought it in to Fix Auto Barrington and I can't stress enough how very professional they were and the communication on the progress of my car was very much appreciated. They did an excellent job on the body work and the paint looks flawless. Outstanding service and I highly recommend Fix Auto Barrington for all your body work needs!!

It is a mixed review. My car had a bumper and transmission issue being the car was towed in gear by an inexperience tow truck driver. They did a great spotless job on bumper, tailgate and sensor. Base on that work, they deserve a 5 star. But they could not identify the transmission grinding noise to be repaired. I need to send it to another shop for diagnoses. I could have requested a ride along to help them but due to the following issue, I would not risk my health doing it.nnBeing it is 2021 Feb, it is the 1st establishment that I have stepped into since the pandemic that is without any COVID precaution. No one wore mask. Even after I told one of the guy I am high risk. And the response was we usually have mask in the office.nnI cant wrap my head around a customer facing establishment not respecting others health in the middle of the pandemic against national and local mandates. They seems to be nice guys and all for sure. But if you think the pademic is real, you should take note of this.

I worked with Cassandre at Fix auto Barrington, she was friendly and helpful. She had my estimate quickly. She assisted me with getting insurance involved. She set and appointment quickly, arranged my rental car. My car repair was completed quicker than expected. The repairs completed were exceptional. My car was returned spotless inside and out and also was sanitized. This is not the first time I have used Fix Auto Barrington. It is my place of choice.
