Great place to bring your car for service. Team is always super friendly and helpful. Today guys in addition to regular service took extra time to help me set up a grocery bag holding net in my trunk and were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Motor Werks, best service in the area!

Car was not cleaned after service. Materials that cover the seat and floor left in the car. Exterior not washed

Scheduled an appointment for a recall service for my Odyssey. When I got there, I was curtly told they don't have the parts to do the service and asked me to check back and reschedule later. Very unprofessional and rude. They were aware of what exactly was needed to be done for the recall and could have mentioned this when I called in to schedule. Wasted 2 hours of time that I had to take off work.

Usually the service here is good but today they told me to bring my car in for service but they didn't have the parts in stock. Big waste of time
