Our family has used Travel by Beth on more than one occasion and NEVER been disappointed. We've traveled all-inclusive to the Dominican and Cancun. John, Beth and their team ensure every detail is addressed, I never have to worry about any surprise expenses or details once we arrive at our destination. We wouldn't trust anyone else for our family's safe, thorough, professional travel arrangements.
We are sad to be home after a wonderful warm trip! We absolutely loved Mexico, and our resort Sunscape Akumal. We both agree our vacation gets a 10/10. Everything from the hotel stay before we flew out, plane rides, transfers, excursions, and resort facilities met or exceeded our expectations! We would have welcomed a little more night life scene, but were still adequately entertained. This is the perfect place for a family to visit, but also gives adults only a great experience! We cannot thank John enough for all his help. He was patient, listened to our priorities, and booked us the perfect spring break!
I have worked with Beth on a couple of trips now and everything is so easy. I used to be a travelocity customer thinking that travel agents were going to be more.....not the case and if there are any issues they handle all of the headaches. My last trip was to Cancun and it couldn't have been easier......I even referred a couple of people that I met down there from Pennsylvania to Beth. From last minute travel changes due to Covid, weather issues, and many many more complications...they STILL made our trip seamless and frustration free.
