Worth EVERY penny! I don't have much experience with the remodeling process, so the staff at Creasey Construction helped me understand what it will take to achieve my dream. They were professional, organized, timely, and pleasant to work with. They were quick to provide me with quotes, revised quotes (because of the things I added to my kitchen project) and they drafted 3-D drawings of concepts for my new kitchen! Creasey also offered their design consulting services and presented actual samples of the tile, paint color, cabinet finish, trim and more at our second meeting. I have heard good things about this company, now I have witnessed their professional services first hand! I am happy about my experience and had to share! Good Job Creasey! Wanted a 720sf addition added to my home. Their bid was almost twice what everyone else's was. Everything was marked up and then at the bottom of their bid was another mark-up. they bid over $80k for 720sf and you could build a whole 2 bedroom home for $80. It also took them over a month to get the estimate to me and there was no communication back and forth. Except for me asking where the estimate was. Look around first before choosing these people.

I waited over six weeks for an estimate that never came, despite three follow-ups and their promises to get it to me several times. If they didn't want the job, just say so. I was in no hurry to do the work, just wanted to know what it would cost. If they hadn't come recommended, I'd have moved on much sooner. If they can't even do a bid properly, how would the work be?
