No acknowledgement at all. Took up five items to ask a recommendation the guy didn't ask what was for barely looked and said I don't know one of these two. Over heard the manager and the employee taking about a return for another store trying to save the customer from having to go to Fairview. Without a beat manager says he's not doing that he doesn't care the store shouldn't have told the customer that. Of course after he realizes the customer is in front of him he tried to kind of help. I don't know the results but I hope they saved the customer a trip.nNew kid that checked me out was super polite though.
Sherman the store manager was exremely helpful and fast, I was in-and-out in no time with all my parts.
Awesome customer service. Was struggling changing a windshield wiper and an employee came out and helped. 10/10 will return.
I want to buy power steering wheel I ask the guys in the front desk And then they started asking me what year what model of vehicle I did tell him And I just told him to point me where he had the power steering wheel After that he refuses to sell it to me And that was the manager Very in professional I know skills at all
I literally watched a man refuse to help an elderly lady with the replacement of her battery for her key fob. I get it may indeed be company policy to assist in these matters but at a point common sense needs to come into play. Just sad to see an older woman treated this way.
