We didn’t go with Zach (his competitor showed up with his second day new employee I’ve known my whole life so it was decided) but he was very professional, knowledgeable, and mostnImportantly on time (so hard to find folks who will be there when they say they will). The quote was right in line with the selected competition and both beat another by hundreds of dollars. He took his time during the inspection and even made some helpful recommendations for me to follow up on. You’ll certainly want to get Zach out to see if he can help. Good service. We’ll keep his number for future reference.
I am allergic to wasps and they were living in our retaining wall just outside our door. The guys came in and I haven’t seen one since! Thanks for doing a preventative spray too. I was pleasantly surprised at the price as well!

I had called about a month ago and made an appointment for a Friday morning. I made sure I was home all morning that day and no one ever showed up. I called, no answer.. so I left a voicemail asking if he was still coming that day or rescheduling and to call me back and let me know. Never called back and never showed up. I had read great reviews so was highly disappointed. We used a different service the next week that showed up.
Zach is extremely reliable. I appreciated his thoroughness and his expertise in this field. Honest and up-front. A Veteran owned business, a family man, and completely trustworthy.
