Technician Amanda S. was wonderful to work with. She helped me to re-set the JAS Knee Extension device in a phone call by talking me through the series of removing and re-inserting screws and clips that made the device fit the current stage of my rehabilitation. She was very descriptive of exactly how to make the adjustments so the device fit me better. She was also patient and polite in dealing with me. She is a valuable asset to the company.

JAS was a big help to me. It helped my wrist go back to supination.nLaura-customer service representative was nice and answered all my questions. Helped me with my payment option and kept me updated.nWill definitely recommend.

Joint Active Systems is one of the few companies I can say they know how to treat their customers and anticipate their needs. I am very impressed with their professionalism and work ethics regarding their products and make sure they cover their clients' needs. Sherry, one of the customer representatives, was not just kind and professional. Still, she did make sure I had all my questions answered. I am happy, and I wouldn't hesitate to request their services again if I need to.

The people I dealt with (Eva Morse and Vince C.) could not have been more helpful. I had TKR and had difficulty with my extension. I wore the brace for 11 weeks to no avail. It was cumbersome and at times painful. I increased my usage until I got to 5-6 hours per day. You must be immobile so it really put a crux in my day! I tried wearing it to bed but it was just too cumbersome and the lock kept slipping so I had to give that up. To be fair, my knee was not completely straight before the TKR so it may be that it was too deformed to straighten. I hope it works for others. I have had a 5 extension for 11 weeks now so even though I didn’t get it to 0 I’m grateful for what I have.

I have worked in orthopedics for the past 22+ years treating all sorts of injuries in the upper extremity and have trialed many different types of static progressive splints. JAS makes it super easy to work with them, as a therapist the instructions to measure/fit are simple and easy to follow and I've had great patient compliance with these devices. The key is to start early when the injury is stable for the best results!
