Me and my friend came into this store on Thursday August , 20 , 2020 at around 2:27 pm..nnI didn’t get the employees name... But the Caucasian women who was ringing people up was very very very rude to me and my friend and I just didn’t get a good vibe in this store... We drive from out of town just to come to this store and this is the treatment we get... We left and didn’t spend our money... we won’t be shopping here again in my life... Polo Ralph Lauren PLEASE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND RESPECT... I’m not wasting a dime here again!!!!!!!!!!!! Just because of her!

Polo Ralph Lauren you should work on hiring new employees because the ones you have are rude!!!nnThe older Caucasian lady who was ringing people items up was very very very rude and needs trained again on how to deal with customers better!!!nnI drove from out of town to come here and this is the treatment I get??? I never find what I'm looking for there. For an outlet store they still have some high pricing. Plus, the staff not helpful at all. And certainly not friendly. Spend your money elsewhere. Several other store in that mall area that are much better.
