I had wanted to try on a coat I had seen on their online outlet to make sure it was warm enough. I drove an hour and a half to find out they didn't have it in stock. But the women were very helpful and found a similar coat to at least view. The coat definitely would not have been warm enough because I work outside at covid test centers. Thanks for your help, definitely saved me time in the long run waiting for a coat and then having to deal with returning it.

We had a good shopping experience at this Coach Outlet. Plenty of merchandise to browse. Even though we didn't get anything, it was a nice visit.

Inn spite of the Christmas rush this store was very well stocked with merchandise and clean . I had ordered a purse online for a birthday, and a week later it still didn't come. Even though i had to travel 80 miles round trip it was worth it. The sales were great. I was able to get a billfold to match the purse with the savings i got. Five days later i got the other purse. It was not the one I wanted or the quality of the one I bought in the store. If you always wanted a coach purse this is the place to go. My birthday girl loves hers.

My daughter and I were the only ones in this store. Shopping for some coach sunglasses. 10 min in the store lady pretends to be working by me says our policy is for you to have your mask over your nose. # 1 I am older with COP and asthma. I legally do not have to wear one but I do so people don’t judge. If you would have asked me instead of embarrassing me things would have went different. We left didn’t buy our glasses nor will I shop here. Sorry to the young lady actually helping us and being nice. Your co worker needs trained.
