Disregard previous rating. I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing, there for I only rated that establishment 3 stars not knowing, but I gave 5 stars because of their willingness to help find what I wanted an was very informative an helpful. Thank you for practicing safety for covid as well!
I can't remember why I called here that very first time during COVID, but since that call, I was a loyal customer. The customer service is way beyond amazing and the boys are so knowledgeable and helpful. I call often for help with my projects, and they are so patient and kind - they never ever make me feel like I'm annoying the daylights out of them even when that's precisely what I'm doing! :) The products are stellar quality and if, by chance, something isn't, they make it right. Without their help, I would not have the extent I've knowledge I have now. I look forward to learning more from them.
