I have been going to Kim for years now! She is the best hairstylist and colorist. Every time I leave the salon, I feel like the best version of myself. She uses eco-friendly products and is always working on improving her skills and knowledge. If you are looking to go to a great stylist who isn't pretentious, look no further. Well I called to see if I could walk-in or if I had to make an appointment. When I called no one answered and it said hi I’m the owner of the salon leave a message, I didn’t leave one. I later went to the salon the ladies seemed nice but they were all busy which I understood, one of them told me leave your name and number we'll call you when we have time to bring you in.(Tuesday) They never called. I called the next day to make an appointment and no one answered so this time I did leave a voicemail saying my name and number so I could make an appointment. Well that was Friday and now it’s Sunday. The only reason I wanted to get a hair cut here was because I saw a good review but you guys should make it easier to contact and make an appointment.
