I go here all the time they have always gone the extra mile once my wife bought me the wrong dip and they returned it no (that was before covid) staff always been a blast to joke around with its a great store

Stopped to get a replacement vape since mine was misplaced. Tried looking at them 20’ away and texted a friend for the brand name. Once I had the brand name I stepped into the line since customers kept coming through the door. I was asked “which of them do you want?” I replied “which ever is the strongest”. He didn’t know and and got belligerent. Expecting me to stand and wait for there to be no customers in line before he’d assist me. When I gave pushback, he told me to leave the store. Great service! I was willing to wait if I didn’t know which brand but once I know the brand I expect an employee to at least bring the 3 different ones for me to choose.

Very friendly and helpful staff. As a totally blind customer, I’ve found Courtney and Beth are always willing to assist me in finding what I need, and even in these times of social distancing, neither has ever declined to do sighted guide with me. Very friendly, comfortable, helpful, and reasonably priced. BTW, during the changes due to COVID19, I’ve been advised they’re open until 8:00 PM, not midnight as Google Maps states.
