We consistently have problems with this Casey’s when trying to order online. Had an order for curbside pickup that said ready in 20 minutes, and got there at the 20 minute mark and they hadn’t even started making the order yet; no explanation or apology. Told me it would be 10 minutes, so I wait 15 for them to bring the order to me before I go back inside only to find it was already done and between the 6-7 employees that were working none of them could be bothered to bring it curbside. Don’t order online from this Caseys

Clerks talk to each other rather than assist you. They move too quickly regarding entering Casey’s rewards and I often have to enter it twice. One day I sat there for roughly 2 minutes while the two clerks talk to each other, rather than helping my transaction move along. When I complained, they said they were” talking about matters of work” as if that justified it. Then because I complained because they were talking about other matters at work rather than taking care of the customer, the supervisor threatened to refuse service to me. Problem with that was my credit card transaction had already gone through.
Ordered pizza on the Casey's app at 10:01 was called by employee at 10:06 and told the kitchen closed at 10 although it plainly said 10:30 so I immediately called the Casey's at F ave & Ellis and was well taken care of thanks guys
