We ordered tuxes for my wedding. 6 in total. 5 were no where near to being the correct sizes. And only being able to pick up the tuxes 2 days before the ceremony made it extremely difficult to get the correct sizes. When picking up/exchanging tuxes many were STILL not correct. And required hours spent in the store to be corrected when we should have been decorating and preparing for the ceremony and reception. While they were kind it caused an enormous amount of un needed stress. We were offered no discount or anything of the sort even though one of the tuxes couldn’t even be used and the father of the bride had to run out and purchase new store that wold fit correctly. Extremely disappointed.

Agreed with another reviewer. If you are looking for dedicated service, you will take a back seat to people picking up and dropping off dry cleaning. And there is a drive thru so there are constantly people picking up dry cleaning which means your help runs off to help them and leave you there- when they are not out smoking in the parking lot that is. We left after waiting and being passed over repeatedly for the dry cleaning customers.
