As soon as I got their the barista rolled her eyes at me she was speaking to quiet for me to hear and the drink wasn’t what I ordered it didn’t taste like how I normally got it.
Haven't spent money there since the blue drink was created. Care to change my mind
There are several things consistently wrong with this Starbucks. I will list them here:nn1. they sometimes charge extra when they are not supposed to (ex: charging for extra caramel in a caramel macchiato)n2. poorly made drinksn3. do not fill cups all the way to the topn4. rude/uninviting employees (except for a couple)n5. forget light ice and other requests, even though it's written on the cupnnAlso, you can't redeem stars at this location. Not their fault but still annoying
I usually love this Starbucks and have always had a great experience! In this case, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my drink, but with the customer service. When I went in, there were two teenage girls working and were standing talking. When I approached the counter, they body scanned me and then glared. I kindly asked for my drink and the one behind the register replies “... that’s it?” In a ridiculously snobby tone. While I’m waiting for my drink the two teenage girls keep talking and when it was done, the same girl from the register slides the drink onto the counter, says my name, and then tosses the straw at me. No thank you or kindness what so ever.
