I went in to get a deluxe manicure which is listed on your website for 30.00$ I paid 43.00$ and all i got was the kit you guys use for the pedicures on my hands which consisted of a sugar scrub and 2 different lotions and then got my nails painted, it also states on your website that the deluxe manicure includes a hot wax treatment which I did not receive. So i basically paid almost 50$ for some lotion on my hands and nail polish mean while my friend got the regular manicure for 15$ and basically got the same thing I did but I paid 43.00$ for mine. You should probably update your website with the correct information. And was never once asked if I would like something to drink while everyone around me was being asked. Will definitely never be back.
Not professional AT ALL. Left me sitting waiting for over an hour . Placed 6 people in front of me claiming they all had appointments at a time that was 20 minutes after I had already arrived and told me I should’ve asked if they had any appointments because apparently me asking the wait time wasn’t enough. And then two of the customers spoke up and stated they didn’t even have an appointment. Extremely rude about the way they went about things . Do NOT recommend AT ALL.
